Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed construction plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project stakeholders.

• Maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout all phases of construction, conducting regular inspections and addressing any deviations promptly.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, fostering a culture of safety awareness and incident prevention on site.
• Manage site logistics, material procurement, equipment allocation, and resource management to optimize project efficiency.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in site management, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, safety regulations (e.g., OHS Act), and relevant industry standards.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and guide diverse workforces.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
