Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale commercial or residential building projects from inception to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building materials, and relevant South African building regulations.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
