Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site-specific work plans and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople and suppliers for efficient workflow.
• Monitor progress, quality of work and resource utilization; report to project management.
• Address and resolve site-related issues and conflicts promptly.
• Maintain site records, including daily reports, safety inspections, and inventories.
