Job summary

RPO Recruitment’s client, a reputable building contractor in Cape Town, is seeking Junior to Intermediate Foremen – General Trades to supervise and coordinate building and renovation projects on active sites.

Candidates should have hands-on experience across trades, the ability to coordinate site activities, manage teams and uphold safety and quality standards in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years’ experience in building construction.
• Experience on renovation, refurbishment or alteration projects.
• Exposure to multiple building trades, including finishes, wet trades and demolition works.
• Ability to supervise general construction teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, site procedures and safety requirements.
• Strong organisational, communication and teamwork skills.
