Job summary

Together Staffing group is seeking a hands-on Site Foreman for a Cape Town-based project, responsible for day-to-day on-site management, coordinating teams, and delivering projects on time, within quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years as a Site Foreman in construction, with residential high-end experience preferred, and strong MS Project skills to track progress and manage subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Matric or relevant tertiary qualification is required.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Site Foreman in construction.
• Residential building experience is essential; high-end projects are advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Project and project scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site coordination and quality control.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, labour teams and site activities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day on-site activities to meet programme, quality and safety requirements.
• Supervise subcontractors, tradesmen and labour teams to ensure standards.
• Monitor progress against the construction programme and adjust timelines using MS Project where needed.
• Ensure construction work aligns with drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Requirements
