Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related construction management qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in site supervision and construction management of civil projects.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills for site operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site civil engineering construction activities.
