Placements24 is seeking a diligent Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day technical operations on construction sites in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. You will ensure safety, quality and timely execution, translating designs into on-site reality and coordinating with stakeholders for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree/diploma.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and on-site management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage technical aspects of on-site construction.
• Plan and schedule daily site activities coordinating labour, plant and materials.
• Enforce health and safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain site records and liaise with project manager and client representatives.
