Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering qualification and 3–5 years of on-site experience, with proven ability to manage timelines and resources on challenging infrastructure projects in the Eastern

Qualifications

• Requires Civil Engineering degree or diploma.
• 3–5 years experience on site.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specs.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site management.
• Familiarity with health, safety legislation on construction sites.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Monitor construction progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure work meets standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and manage site resources.
