Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management consulting or a dedicated internal change role.
• Proven success in leading significant organizational change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, adaptable to virtual environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
