Job summary

Role requires 5+ years in retail with leadership experience, Matric, and a tertiary qualification in Retail/Sales/Marketing. Strong computer literacy and MS Office skills are essential for day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a retail, sales-driven environment.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading and managing teams.
• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent and a tertiary qualification in Retail, Sales or Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Drive showroom sales performance against targets, budgets and growth objectives.
• Lead daily performance discussions and team huddles with clear priorities and targets.
• Monitor and optimize staffing, scheduling, and peak trading coverage.
• Manage stock, shrinkage, and store operations in line with policies.
• Ensure promotions, merchandising and customer experience align with brand standards.
