Job summary

The role focuses on day-to-day execution, stock control, cash handling, risk management, staff supervision, and reporting, with a minimum of five years in retail and three in administration or operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a retail environment.
• Minimum of 3 years in retail administration or operations.
• Grade 12 / Matric / NQF Level 4 (minimum requirement).
• Strong understanding of stock, cash handling, and internal control processes.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work on retail and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise showroom staff to meet policies and standards.
• Drive sales performance and showroom productivity with the Showroom Manager.
• Oversee stock receiving, storage, cycle counts, and variances.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, reconciliation, and safe management.
• Compile operational, stock, and compliance reports for governance.
