Responsibilities

• Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs with recommendations for onboard activities and excursions.

• Collaborate with onboard staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

As a Ship Ready Butler, you will be responsible for providing personalized and attentive service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and personal belongings
• - Provide personalized service to guests, including but not limited to: unpacking and packing luggage, arranging dining reservations and activities, and attending to any special requests
• - Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in guest cabins and public areas
• - Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, including providing recommendations and suggestions for onboard activities and excursions
• - Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• - Work closely with other onboard staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• - Follow all safety and security protocols onboard the ship
• - Attend training sessions and meetings as required
• - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications:

• - High school diploma or equivalent
• - Previous experience as a Butler or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or cruise ship setting
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• - Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
• - Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
