Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking a Ship Ready Butler to deliver exceptional, personalized service aboard our ships. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and coordinate dining, activities, and special requests to enhance the guest experience.

Your role includes maintaining cabin and public area cleanliness, anticipating guest needs, and working closely with crew to ensure seamless operations while upholding safety protocols and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and personal belongings.
• Provide personalized service, including unpacking/packing, arranging dining reservations and activities, and attending to special requests.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in guest cabins and public areas.
• Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs with recommendations for onboard activities and excursions.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with onboard staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Follow all safety and security protocols onboard the ship.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
