Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. seeks a Butler Assistant to support the Head Butler in delivering exceptional guest service aboard our vessels. You will help with meals, cabin and public area upkeep, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, while maintaining professionalism.

Fluent English is required; previous luxury hospitality or cruise experience is preferred. You must be flexible for long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced cruise environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or cruise preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Physical fitness to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Butler in providing exceptional service to guests.
• Maintain professionalism and discretion at all times.
• Ensure cleanliness of guest cabins and public areas.
• Assist with meals preparation and service; setting/clearing tables.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operation.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints courteously.
