Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. seeks an experienced butler to join our luxury cruise team. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, escort to cabins, and introduce them to onboard amenities.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years as a Butler in a luxury hotel or cruise ship, fluent English, excellent communication, and impeccable attention to detail. You must be physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, with a valid passport for international travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Butler in luxury hotel or cruise ship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Handle personal requests and ensure timely response.
• Assist with meal service and maintain dining area.
• Maintain and organize guest cabins to high standards.
• Coordinate with crew to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest complaints with professionalism and discretion.
• Track inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Follow safety and security procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Cruise Director or Captain.

• Take care of guests’ personal requests and ensure they are met in a timely manner
• Assist with meal service, including setting up and serving meals, and ensuring the dining area is clean and well-stocked
• Maintain and organize guest cabins to the highest standards
• Coordinate with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and discretion
• Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Follow safety and security procedures at all times
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Cruise Director or Captain
