The Weir Group is hiring a Shift Leader for Port Elizabeth to oversee daily production scheduling, monitor KPI performance, and ensure on-time deliveries. This onsite role demands hands-on supervision, problem solving, and a strong safety mindset to keep operations efficient and compliant.

You will drive adherence to schedules above 95%, escalate issues promptly, and coach subordinates to meet targets while fostering a collaborative, high‑performance team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily scheduling of production activities to maximize output and KPI performance.
