Job summary

RaceTrac, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a winning store team, set the tone, and ensure guest satisfaction during busy shifts.

You will coach team members, handle food service, stock, and cash handling, and drive performance while upholding safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced retail environment. This role offers growth opportunities across divisions and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift with a cheerful, can-do attitude that motivates your team.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Train and guide your team to meet RaceTrac’s guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, vendor check-in, and promotional communication; ensure cash wrap and compliance.
