Samancor Chrome Ltd. seeks a highly experienced Remote Mine Operations Manager to oversee the operational efficiency and safety of multiple mining sites from a remote location.

This strategic role requires leadership, planning, and clear communication to drive productivity, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will lead dispersed site teams, implement continuous improvement, and leverage technology to maintain oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mineral Processing or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive management experience in the mining industry.
• Experience with open-pit and/or underground mining operations.
• Strong budgeting, financial management and cost-control skills.
• Proven ability to lead dispersed teams remotely.

Key Responsibilities
