Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mine planning, design, and operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in open-pit or underground mining methods and equipment selection.
• Proficiency with mine planning software such as MinePlan, Deswik, or Vulcan.
