Qualifications

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in mining operations, with at least 5 years in a senior supervisory or management role.
• Proven expertise in managing both open-pit and underground mining operations.
• In-depth knowledge of mining methods, equipment, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams remotely.
• Proficiency in mine planning and production management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in budget management and cost control.
• Professional Engineer (PE) designation or equivalent is highly desirable.
