Job summary

Watershed Consulting is seeking a Service Controller to coordinate maintenance and installation calls, generate quotes, and manage daily invoicing and stock reconciliation. You will liaise with clients, Technical Staff, and Senior Management to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics. Based in Roodepoort with monthly compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Matric Certificate.
• 5 years’ experience in similar role.
• Relevant financial experience related to invoicing.
• Relevant client service experience.
• Stock management experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with a CRM system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Position based in Roodepoort.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan and coordinate maintenance or installation calls.
• Create quotes and daily invoicing of work completed.
• Stock management and stock reconciliation reporting variances.
• Daily client communication and service coordination.
• Plan for ad hoc client requests and plan accordingly.
• Assist with planning of special projects and scheduling per project plan.
