Job summary

Watershed Consulting is seeking a Service Controller to coordinate maintenance and installation calls, generate quotes, and manage daily invoicing and stock reconciliation. You will liaise with clients, Technical Staff, and Senior Management to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics. Based in Roodepoort with monthly compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Matric Certificate.
• 5 years’ experience in similar role.
• Relevant financial experience related to invoicing.
• Relevant client service experience.
• Stock management experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with a CRM system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Position based in Roodepoort.

Responsibilities

SERVICE CONTROLLER

Overview: The incumbent’s main responsibilities include scheduling, invoicing and stock recon. She will work within the Service Department where they liaise daily with clients, Technical Staff, Technician and Senior Management.

Duties:

• Monitoring online platforms for tickets to then plan and arrange maintenance or installation calls.
• Create quotes and daily invoicing of work completed
• Stock management of technical staff reporting employee by reconning the stock and resolve any variances.
• Daily client communication
• Dealing with ad hoc client requests for services to be rendered and planning accordingly.
• Assist with planning of special projects and scheduling according to the project plan

Requirements:

• Matric Certificate
• 5 years’ experience in similar role
• Relevant financial experience related to invoicing
• Relevant client service experience
• Stock management experience
• Attention to detail
• Excellent Communication skills
• MS Office with good Excel skills

Remuneration:

• Basic Salary: R26 000 negotiable depending on experience
