Job summary

GEA Germany GmbH in Johannesburg invites an experienced Service Sales Specialist for Separation and Homogenization to strengthen our PFP service team. You will drive service sales, review RFQs, and collaborate with peers and project teams to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

This role requires a commercial qualification with a technical background, 5 years' experience with Separation and Homogenization equipment, and proven ability to support life-cycle services in Engineering

Qualifications

• Commercial qualification with technical background required.
• 5 years' experience in Separation and Homogenization equipment.
• Experience providing life cycle services in Engineering or FMCG.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive Service Sales activities for Separation and Homogenization within PFP.
• Review RFQs and clarify customer requirements.
• Develop, implement, and utilize Service Sales tools – I-Base and CRM.
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with project teams.
• Travel to customers to secure orders for spare parts, repairs, and field service.
• Participate in negotiation of offers, quotations and contracts (T&Cs).
• Assist with on-site execution of services and small-scale service projects.
