Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Comprehensive training provided; no prior experience required.
• 1–3 years in client services is advantageous but not essential.
• NQF Level 5 qualification or Diploma would be advantageous.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and email.
