Games Global is seeking a Service Owner to lead end-to-end delivery of Programme Management and Business Analysis services. You will drive strategy, mentor professionals, and align initiatives with business outcomes in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will own roadmaps, manage multi-workstream programmes, govern budgets and risks, and partner with senior leaders to translate business needs into measurable value. Strong leadership, agile experience, and deep understanding of SDLC are essential.

• Minimum 8 years managing complex, multi-workstream programmes.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Business Analysis.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Business Analysts, Programme Managers, and Project Managers.
• Own the end-to-end delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of Programme and Business Analysis services.
• Drive the successful delivery of strategic business initiatives and ensure measurable business value is achieved.
• Establish service strategies, roadmaps, objectives, and performance measures aligned to organisational goals.
• Lead complex, multi-workstream programmes from initiation through to delivery and benefits realisation.
• Manage programme scope, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and governance structures.
• Partner with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to drive strategic alignment and decision-making.
• Ensure business requirements are effectively defined, analysed, validated, and translated into successful business outcomes.
• Champion business analysis standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organisation.
• Drive service excellence through data-driven decision-making, KPI management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee service management activities, including SLA management, incident management, change management, and operational performance.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members while creating clear succession and career development plans.

As a Service Owner, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end performance, delivery, and continuous improvement of Programme Management and Business Analysis services. You'll play a pivotal role in aligning strategic initiatives with business objectives while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and delivery excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Programme or Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, or SAFe).
• Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, BCS Business Analysis, or similar).
• Minimum 5 years proven people leadership experience, including direct line management of a team.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in the software industry.
• Minimum 8 years managing complex, multi-workstream programmes.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Analysis.
• Proven experience delivering strategic initiatives that combine Business Analysis and Programme/Project Management.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior leadership and executive teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced and complex environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in IT Service Management practices, including SLA, incident, problem, and change management.
• Strong commercial, financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
