Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in software/tech.
• 5+ years delivering large-scale projects or programmes.
• Ability to lead multiple workstreams and manage competing priorities.
• PMP certification and stakeholder engagement with executives.
• Knowledge of SDLC and traditional/Agile delivery methods.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• 8+ years of project management experience within a software development or technology environment.
• 5+ years managing large-scale, complex projects or programmes.
• Proven ability to lead multiple workstreams, manage competing priorities, and deliver results.
• Experience managing project budgets and engaging with senior executive stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing Project Managers and delivery teams.
• A strategic mindset combined with strong execution and delivery focus.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PgMP, MSP, SAFe, or PMI-ACP would be advantageous.
