What you'll be doing

• Designing end-to-end integration solutions and business processes
• Leading the delivery of technical solutions and coordinating developers and specialist resources
• Gathering and analysing requirements and compiling BRDs and technical specifications
• Translating business needs into practical, scalable technology solutions
• Facilitating requirements workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Analysing and redesigning business and system processes to identify opportunities for optimisation and automation
• Acting as a functional expert on group systems and the escalation point for complex support issues
• Investigating whether issues are technical, process, user or vendor-related and driving them through to resolution
• Preparing and professionally presenting solution proposals
• Providing regular project and solution reporting to the CIO and key stakeholders
• Building strong relationships across the business and identifying opportunities for further improvement
• Exploring how AI tools and technologies can be applied to improve business analysis, processes and solutions

What you'll need

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst and/or IT Project Manager
• Strong experience with REST APIs and system integrations
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce would be advantageous, although experience with similar platforms will be considered
• Strong business process modelling and process design experience
• B.Com or similar qualification highly advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking ability
• A highly self-managed and proactive approach - you'll receive training on internal systems, but need to be someone who can quickly learn, investigate and figure things out

• Knowledge of AI tools and their practical application within a Business Analysis or Solutions environment
