Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Service Manager in Centurion to lead operations, warehousing, distribution and service delivery. The role focuses on overseeing daily service operations, fleet and asset management, staff supervision, and route planning to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will supervise stock movement, installations, and vehicle maintenance, while driving strong financial oversight and staff development within the branch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a service environment.
• Minimum 3 years in a distribution environment.
• Strong operations and warehousing experience.
• Sound knowledge of logistics, fleet management, warehouse operations.
• Good financial and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all service operations within the branch.
• Oversee vehicle, fleet, and company asset management.
• Supervise branch logistics, routing, and delivery scheduling.
• Monitor loading, receiving, and movement of stock.
• Manage the full stock take process.
• Ensure driver licence compliance and fuel reporting.
• Plan and manage installations and withdrawals.
• Monitor and manage mobile hand‑held service devices.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and supervise operational teams.
• Manage people, equipment, and operational resources.
• Interpret and manage financial figures related to branch operations.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing and weekly vehicle inspections.
• Schedule and oversee ad hoc deliveries.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff reporting to the position.
