Job summary

SBV South Africa in Polokwane is seeking a Fleet Operations Manager to lead and optimise logistics activities across the centre. You will coordinate route plans, allocate resources, manage assets and drive service delivery in line with SLAs.

You will mentor teams, enforce health and safety, implement risk controls, and partner with risk and governance functions to sustain uninterrupted operations. This role requires leadership, governance mindset and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate complex logistics operations and staff.

• Maintain SLA and service delivery across service points.
• Risk management: identify, escalate and mitigate operational risks.
• Lead and develop SBV logistics team and ensure regulatory compliance.
