Job summary

Communicate Finance seeks a seasoned Service Manager to lead field technicians in industrial refrigeration. You will supervise daily service activities, plan schedules, and ensure safe, high-quality repairs on compressors and related systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in the field, plus 2+ years in a supervisory role, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel locally and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial refrigeration or rotating equipment maintenance.
• 2+ years in service management, supervision or team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of compressors, electrical systems and PLC controls.
• Experience leading field service teams and managing service operations.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with industrial refrigeration systems and compressor maintenance.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• SAQCC Gas Category B8 licence will be advantageous
• Valid driver’s licence
