Job summary

Dante Personnel in Centurion is seeking a Service Manager to lead technicians and service advisors, manage quotations for booked and walk-in customers, and oversee driver planning. You will ensure quality control with technicians and handle customer invoicing and payments.

The role requires strong problem solving, time management, and the ability to coordinate administrative and customer inquiries while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a technical vehicle and parts environment.
• Experience coordinating technicians and service advisors.
• Ability to quote customers for booked and walk-in work.
• Plan and manage drivers and logistics for service operations.
• Carry out final quality control inspections with technicians.
• Discuss invoices with customers and process payments.
• Strong problem solving skills across administrative, technical and customer queries.

Responsibilities
