Job summary

OneDome, a fast-growing property and fintech group, seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist in Cape Town to lead SEO, content optimisation, and WordPress management. You will coordinate with IT for technical SEO and support CRM campaigns (HubSpot, Brevo, Dynamics) while assisting with paid media.

You will bring at least 3 years of hands-on SEO and WordPress experience, with strong analytics and reporting to boost organic visibility and conversions. This office-based role offers UK-aligned hours.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience in SEO, digital marketing, and website management.
Hands-on WordPress skills (publishing, plugins, on-page SEO).
Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar).
Strong knowledge of content optimisation for organic visibility and conversions.
Familiarity with technical SEO (schema, redirects, site speed, indexing).
Experience with HubSpot plus exposure to Brevo/Dynamics.

Responsibilities

SEO: keyword research, optimise pages, monitor rankings and Core Web Vitals, implement on-page updates in WordPress.
Content Optimisation: brief, edit, and optimise content for SEO; refresh older articles and landing pages.
Website Management (WordPress): publish and update content with metadata and tagging; manage plugins and escalate to IT when needed.
CRM & Marketing Automation: build and send campaigns in HubSpot and Brevo, integrated with Dynamics; manage workflows and lists.
Paid Media: assist with Google Ads and Meta campaigns; optimise landing pages for conversions.
Analytics & Reporting: track traffic, rankings, engagement; report KPIs using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEO tools; propose improvements based on data.
