Job summary

You will work with cross-functional teams on data governance, reporting automation, and lean initiatives to optimise operational excellence and digital transformation efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and SAP support.
• Ability to develop reports and KPIs in Power BI and Excel.
• Experience extracting and validating data from SAP and other systems.
• Support process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in UAT and system enhancements.
• Create and maintain process documentation and user guides.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis.
• Support reporting automation and data quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processes.
• Support lean manufacturing and data governance initiatives.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Business analysis and SAP support for plant users and SAP-related queries.
• Assist in gathering and analysing business requirements; develop dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Extract, validate and analyse data from SAP and other systems.
• Support process improvement and lean initiatives with data.
• Participate in UAT and system enhancements.
