Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues within wind turbine systems.
• Execute repairs and replacements of components, including gearboxes, generators, blades, and control systems.
• Safely operate specialized tools, diagnostic equipment, and machinery at elevated heights.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive maintenance logs and reports using digital systems.
• Provide guidance and support to junior technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
