About the Role

This role is critical for maintaining and enhancing production from existing wells within the Oil & Gas industry . You will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising a variety of well intervention operations, including workovers, completions, and stimulation. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge of downhole tools, wellbore integrity, and production optimization techniques. This position demands strong planning, execution, and problem-solving skills in a field-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and design well intervention programs, including workovers, completions, and P&A operations.
• Supervise execution of intervention operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to procedures.
• Evaluate and select appropriate downhole tools, equipment, and methodologies.
• Monitor well performance post-intervention and recommend further optimization strategies.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with reservoir and production engineers to align intervention strategies with field development objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in well intervention, workovers, and completions within the Oil & Gas sector .
