Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new features and product enhancements, from initial concept to final implementation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide for all products.
• Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle.
• Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly within the FinTech industry.

Requirements
