The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of relevant experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD, with a passion for user‑centred design in a fast‑paced hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, CS or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–7 years designing UX/UI for digital products, preferably FinTech/B2B SaaS.
• Strong portfolio with user research, interaction, and visual design examples.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or InVision.
• Experience designing for complex apps in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for new features from concept to implementation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups for web and mobile.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and stakeholders to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Develop and maintain a design system and style guide.
