Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Senior UX/UI Designer to join its Paarl product team. Lead design from research to high-fidelity prototypes, shaping user experiences across digital platforms.

You will conduct usability tests, translate insights into wireframes and components, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design consistency and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, CS, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, XD or InVision.
• Strong user-centered and interaction design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance user satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and design solutions.

Requirements
