Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user research methodologies, interaction design, and visual design principles, with a proven track record of designing successful digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify user needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, A/B testing, and data analytics.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on digital products.
