Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a creative UX/UI Designer to join their Centurion team. You will shape the user experience and interface of digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and researchers to champion user-centered design throughout the product lifecycle. The role requires a strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design, plus 3–5 years of experience and proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to identify user needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Design intuitive interfaces that adhere to brand standards and improve user engagement.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, A/B testing results, and performance metrics.

Requirements
