You will conduct user research and usability testing, create wireframes, flows and high‑fidelity mockups, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver feasible, high‑quality implementations while mentoring junior designers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in design, HCI, psychology or related field.
• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of product designs.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing with actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.
