Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join their product team. This fully remote role supports clients worldwide, including the Paarl region, while you collaborate with product managers and developers to craft intuitive digital experiences.

You will translate user needs into elegant designs, build wireframes and high-fidelity mocks, and contribute to design systems that scale across web and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, CS or related field.
• 3+ years of UX/UI design for web and mobile apps.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gather insights.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analytics.
• Present design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
