Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience conducting user research for digital products.
• Expertise in a wide range of research methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into user-centered insights.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities
