Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a talented and experienced remote UX/UI Designer to join their product development team. This fully remote role focuses on designing intuitive interfaces, conducting user research, and prototyping solutions that meet business goals.

You will collaborate with PMs and developers, develop design systems, and advocate for user needs in an Agile, remote-friendly environment. A strong portfolio and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio.
• Designing consistent, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD and collaboration in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.

Requirements

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.


• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale.


• Experience working in an agile development environment and with remote teams.
