Placements24 is seeking a creative Senior UI/UX Designer to join our product team in a fully remote capacity. You will shape the user experience and interface across digital products, translating complex requirements into elegant designs and leading design efforts from concept to implementation.

You will conduct user research, create personas and journeys, and maintain design systems while collaborating closely with product managers and developers to ensure feasible, user-centered solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience (5+ years) as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability heuristics.
• Experience conducting user research, creating personas, and mapping journeys.
