Placements24 is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive digital experiences for globally distributed teams. This fully remote role offers flexibility to work from anywhere and to shape user-centered design across all products.

You will mentor junior designers, run user interviews and usability tests, create wireframes, flows, prototypes and detailed specs, and collaborate closely with product, engineering and research teams to translate complex needs into elegant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in designing complex digital products.
• Expertise in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from user research and concept development through to high-fidelity prototyping and final visual design for web and mobile apps.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and market research to identify user needs and pain points.
