Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience managing hybrid work arrangements (on-site and remote).

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans including feasibility studies, financial models, and timelines.
• Manage relationships and negotiate with developers, government bodies, community groups, and investors.
• Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle from concept to construction, marketing, and leasing.
• Ensure compliance with zoning, permissions, and environmental standards.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and secure funding and approvals.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety to meet design specs and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and report to senior management and regulators.
