Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with urban development or infrastructure focus.
• Experience managing complex urban development projects and engaging diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and management of urban redevelopment projects including infrastructure upgrades and housing initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Engage with community stakeholders, local authorities, contractors and other parties; ensure quality, safety and environmental compliance.
• Oversee project finances, monitor expenditures, and manage risks; prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
