You will manage feasibility studies, design coordination, stakeholder engagement, regulatory approvals, and construction oversight, ensuring municipal alignment and community benefit.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management with focus on urban development, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
• Experience managing projects in Gauteng or similar urban environments.
• Knowledge of urban planning principles, zoning regulations, and environmental legislation.

• Lead and manage diverse urban development and infrastructure projects from conception through to completion.
