Requirements

• Strong understanding of urban planning principles, zoning regulations, environmental legislation, and construction best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) and GIS tools is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
